MSME Development: Economic Development and Re-establishment of Industries

The Knowledge Sharing Ceremony for development of Macro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) was held in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than said in implementing for development of MSME, it needs to strive to take part in the ASEAN SME Policy Index.

He also stressed the needs to clarify the concepts and implementations of Start-up Businesses, and strive for achieving success in a short period of time through networking with the organizations from ASEAN region. He pointed out that the success of start-ups could also support the development of local businesses and MSME.

It was followed by a paper-reading session on economic development and re-establishment of industries in Myanmar.
