Inspection Tour: Union Minister Inspects Bridges And Roads

Union Minister for Construction U Shwe Lay made inspection in Mandalay Region.

Firstly, the Union Minister inspected construction of 300 feet long PanSayChaung Bridge in Tada-U Township of Kyaukse District, and, stressed quality construction. He also instructed concerned officials to use the old bridge in a rural area in the Region.

The Union Minister also inspected road sections under the B.O.T system, Meikhtila-Mandalay Road and construction of a 72 feet long 6-lane road in Kyaukse Township, and, gave necessary instructions.

He continued his inspection trip to construction of 220 feet long new Zawgyi River-crossing Bridge on AshayThagara-SalGone rural road in Kyaukse Township.

Also, the Union Minister inspected Kyaukse-Myitha-Myingyan Road and Mandalay-Nay Pyi Taw road section of Yangon-Mandalay Highway.
