COVID-19 Report: 546 New Cases reported at 8 p.m. on June 19

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 546 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Saturday after testing 4,844 lab specimens within 24 hours with 7 new deaths and 75 COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 147,615 with 3,258and 133,527 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on the 19th of June.

The public’s cooperation is requested to address wearing mask systematically when it comes to going outside, frequent washing hands and social distancing to control the spreading of COVID-19, MOHS instructions for office/department staff and everybody and every family’s active cooperation as the COVID-19 preventive measures including giving notice and reminding each other and family plan.
