Investment Activities: Union Minister Makes Inspection in Magway Region

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Vice-Chairman of Myanmar Investment Commission, U Aung Naing Oo visited Paragon Myay Latt Thar Co., Ltd, and inspected the processing of sesame value added products, green mung bean and groundnut for export in Sa Taing Kan Village Tract in Magway Township on Saturday. While in Paragon Myay Latt Thar Co., Ltd, Company Director U Kaung Khant Zin presented the current business operation and future investment programme, and the Union Minister provided the necessary assistance to increase the production of sesame valued added products to promote the export. On the same day, the Union Minister visited the cattle farm of Good Brother Co., Ltd at Yay Pyae Village in Myot Thit Township of Magway Region. U Myo Myint Tun, the farm manager presented the current investment activities of the farm and company’s export promotion plan for mid and long term. After hearing the report, the Union Minister informed the investment facilitation and promotion activities being undertaken by government, and encouraged the company to increase the cattle farm investment and also urged to made contract cattle farming with local farmers. During his inspection tour, the Union Minister coordinated and facilitated the necessary requirements of the investors.
