COVID-19 Update: 28 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On May. 19

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 28 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 1,377 lab specimens within 24 hours with 3 new deaths and one COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals on 19th of May.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 143,159 with 3216 deaths and 132,136 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on 19th of May.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 32.64 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Germany according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 3:28 p.m. CEST on 19th of May 2021, there have been over 163.89 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 3.39 million deaths, reported to WHO.
