Covid-19 Update: 29 New Cases Reported At 8 P.M. On May. 6

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 29 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Thursday after testing 1,408 lab specimens within 24 hours with one COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals on 6th of May. COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 142,903 with 132,000 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on 6th of May.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America with over 32.16 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, France, Turkey, Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Germany according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 3:39 p.m. CEST on 6th of May 2021, there have been over 154.81 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 3.23 million deaths, reported to WHO.
