COVID-19 Vaccination: 3-Day Programme For Drivers And Staff Of YRTA

COVID-19 Vaccination Programme continues in Yangon Region. A 3-day programme for drivers and staff of Yangon Region Transport Authority (YRTA) began on the 1st of February in line with the guidelines from the Ministry of Health and Sports.

This is the 1st dose of infection against COVID-19 and the 2nd dose will take place 28 days later. COVID-19 Vaccination Programme in Myanmar began on the 27th of January, prioritizing health workers in regions and states.

Myanmar received 1.5 million doses of COVISHIELD vaccine as a gift from India for the fight against COVID-19 outbreak in Myanmar.
