At the reception, she greeted volunteers of a free bereavement support charity that has helped people after disasters including 9/11 and the Grenfell Tower Fire. The event at St James' Palace in London commemorated the 60th anniversary of Cruse Bereavement Care, which offers free bereavement support, advice and information through a network of nearly 5,000 volunteers.
