Yogya quake leaves 263 buildings damaged, 22 people Injured

An official at the Yogyakarta disaster mitigation said 263 buildings were damaged due to strong quake which jolted the region last Friday in Indonesia. An official said, among the damaged buildings were public and house of worships, offices, educational facilities clinic, and electric network systems. 

An official added, the 6.4 magnitude quake also left 22 people injured in the affected areas. As of Sunday, the agency has supported survivors with temporary tents, food logistics, as well as conducting impact and public need assessments.
