









Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint visited No. (1) Basic Education High School in Naungcho on Saturday to meet with teachers and students. He emphasized the importance of education in national development, democracy, and peace.
He encouraged students to be disciplined, pursue knowledge beyond textbooks, avoid harmful substances like alcohol and drugs, and contribute to the success of the upcoming democratic elections. During the visit, he handed over books donated by the Ministry of Information and sports equipment from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.
The Deputy Minister also inspected the MRTV relay station and Naungcho Information and Public Relations Office, urging staff to resume operations and support election-related matters. In the afternoon, he visited the Information and Public Relations Office in Pyin Oo Lwin and discussed staff responsibilities and preparations for the upcoming general elections.
