Work Undertakings: Rehabilitation, NRC issuance and health treatment

Kayah state government is making strenuous efforts for the convenience and rapid rehabiliation of the displaced people in Loikaw Township. On 19th September, Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin and concerned officials visited the Pobba Yone Pariyatti Sarthinteik and met with the Kone Thar Village residents who are returning to their native village.

There, the Chief Minister assured the continuous provision of requisite assistance for the residents to secure systematic and swift resettlement. He called for the collaborative efforts of the residents in taking necessary security measures to ensure safe and peaceful living environment.

Then, the Chief Minister coordinated necessities upon reports presented by the residents and provided basic foodstuff and cash assistance. Then, the Chief Minister and officials oversaw the personal data scrutinizing process, issuance of UID and National Registration Cards for the displaced persons carried out by the personnel from the Ministry of Immigration and Population as well as the health care service provision.

After providing instructions for timely and efficient health care service provisions for elderlys, children and pregnant women, the Chief Minister cordially greeted the residents.
