Work Implementation: Literacy Program and Libation Ceremony

A ceremony honoring rural and ethnic students who completed the basic literacy program was held in Loikaw on Sunday.

Kayah State Chief Minister U Sein Oo attended the event and made a congratulatory speech. Students performed songs, and certificates and awards were presented to graduates, teachers, and volunteers.

Additionally, the Chief Minister and officials attended the Libation Ceremony for Renovation of Loikaw University’s Prayers' Hall. Members of the Sangha performed religious rituals, and officials made donations. The ceremony concluded with the sharing of merits gained, and offering of day meal to the members of the Sangha.
