Welcoming Ceremony: Fresher Tutors Welcomed In Bago University

The welcoming ceremony for the fresher tutors and demonstrators of Bago University was held in the morning on May 6 with the attendance of Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win. 
In his opening speech, the chief minister said that the tutors and demonstrators will shoulder the duties of the education sector of the country, the efforts should be made to become the role model teachers and the research works should be conducted for the interest of the country.

The students are to be trained to turn out the ones who have wider horizon and self-reliant future youth. As the teachers are the public service personnel, it’s needed to know the public service personnel law, by-laws and comply with them.

Next, the Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win provided 1.2 million Kyats for 12 teachers who will attend the Teachers’ Higher Education Refreshing Course (25) in the Central Institute of Civil Service (Lower Myanmar-Phaung Gyi) one hundred thousand Kyats per teacher.

Then, the Bago University Rector Dr. Aye Aye Khine extended welcoming speech, one tutor gave words of thanks and the Chief Minister and region ministers cordially greeted the fresher tutors and demonstrators.
Then, the Chief Minister and party inspected the laying of ceramic tiles floor in the park located at Yangon-Mandalay Highway and corner of west by-pass road, construction of drainages and ornamental works and gave necessary instructions to the responsible officials.
