Water pumping project: Magwe Region CM water pumping project

The Magwe Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin accompanied by the region/district/township level departmental officials arrived at ThaPhanSeik solar power river water pumping project in Magwe Township and met with the responsible officials and local resident farmers at the briefing hall of the project in the morning on 13th December.

In responding to the clarifications of the responsible officials from the Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department (Water Resources) regarding the implementation of ThaPhanSeik electric powered river water pumping project, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions and met with the local farmers and explained that as the agricultural development is vital like the backbone, the solar power river water pumping project is implemented for the development and prosperity of the farmers around ThaPhanSeik region.

The farmers need to grow the crop to be completed within the given time for the thriving of the crops and saving the water. Using the pedigree seeds is required and the technical assistances will be provided by the department of agriculture and then the chief minister coordinated necessaries upon the reports of the local farmers.
