Watchdog Thailand files police report against Husky owner

In Thailand, Watchdog foundation has filed a police report against the owner of a Siberian husky for animal cruelty.

The incident came to light after a video surfaced online showing the owner pouring hot water on the dog, named Lek, as punishment for eating some treats without permission.

Watchdog Thailand representative has filed a complaint against the dog’s former owner under the Prevention and Welfare of Animals Act and the case is now under investigation by the police. Lek’s new owner took her to the vet after noticing the burns and Lek is now recovering from her injuries.
