Voter List Management System: Training competed for Region and State Level

A closing ceremony of training on using voter list management system for region and state level was held at No.3 Transit Camp (YwaTaw) on Friday. Chairman of the Union Election Commission U Thein Soe made a speech, saying that accuracy of voter list play a crucial role for successful holding of the election.

The commission has been carrying out the preparation measures for accuracy of voter list since Augus 2021, and the checking with ground data list has been carried out from February to August 2022. The initial voter list scrutinizing was also conducted and made amendments step by step. He urged that using voter list management system could help smooth process in compiling voter list, and urged all to emphasize for work process systematically.
