In the first half of March this year, Viet Nam logged a trade surplus of over 1.1 billion USD, aided by high export turnover, as reported by the General Department of Viet Nam Customs. Exports exceeded 16 billion USD, marking a 24% increase compared to the same period last year.

In contrast, imports totaled 15.5 billion USD. From the start of the year until mid-March, Vietnam’s cumulative import-export turnover reached nearly 146 billion USD, an 18% increase over the same period last year.
