Venues to be operated in Market-Oriented Manner after Games

The 19th Asian Games will conclude on 8th October. It will be utilized in a market-oriented manner for the best use of resources when the Games come to an end, said the Organizing Committee of the Hangzhou Asian Games on Friday.

At a press conference, the committee said it had selected third-party operating units for most of the Games' 56 venues and will implement market-oriented operations, introduce various sports and cultural resources and brands, and build a platform for organizing sports events, training exhibitions, artistic performances and other activities.

After the Asian Games, a number of concerts and international cooperation forums will also be held at the venues. And, the center will be turned into a rock-climbing theme park with newly built outdoor sports venues.
