During the trip, Guaido has spoken at the European Parliament and attended the World Economic Forum in Davos where he met leaders including French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Guaido was re-elected this month to a second one-year term as head of the opposition. The U.S.-backed politician is expected to join thousands of supporters at a demonstration in Madrid on Saturday.
