Upgrading oil refinery: Refinery and tank Terminal (Thanlyin) upgrading

No (1), Refinery and Tank Terminal (Thanlyin) is one of the ancient building in Yangon Region and it is being renovated, in accordance with the guidelines of the Government. 

The factory is focusing on production increase in various types of motor oil which are important for the development of the country. In addition, the factory will be openly invited to the investors who want to visit and observe the factory. Also to keeping the oil tanker docked at the factory port, cleaning the factory grounds, and plan to level up the security for the staff-housing of the factory.

In addition, the refilling factory is being carried out at the refinery and refurbishments of the fuel depot, petrol depot, oil and gas depot. Similarly, the tasks are being carried out to distribute the necessary mono-grade fuel and lubricant with newly installed filling machines smoothly for the ministries and organizations.

For the second stage, the factory makes effort to produce Mono grade to Multi grade fuel and lubricants and in order to be more economically viable.  And the factory will invite the private companies which will import raw materials, produce and distribute lubricants and motor oil with the services fee at the factory.
