U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arrived in Mangina, Beni in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Sunday to visit and interact with Ebola survivors. Guterres toured some of the recovery facilities and expressed his admiration for the community coping with the threat of the disease. It is Congo's tenth Ebola outbreak.

North Kivu and Ituri are regarded as the hardest hit by the disease, with accessibility and insecurity posing a great challenge in containing the spread of Ebola.
