The Union Election Commission has announced the status of valid votes obtained by political parties for the 2025 Multi-Party Democracy General Election, with the Notification No. (34/2026), on February 9.

The announcement stated that starting from December 28, 2025, the Union Election Commission has held the Multi-Party Democracy General Elections in phases across 263 Pyithu Hluttaw constituencies, 99 Amyotha Hluttaw constituencies, 297 Region or State Hluttaw constituencies, and 29 Ethnic Affairs constituencies.

The Commission has already announced, the elected representatives, by Hluttaw and individual constituency, the vote counts and percentages obtained by individual candidates, and the number of representatives won by each party. It further stated that, for the election, it is announcing the number of constituencies contested, the number of candidates fielded, the status of valid votes obtained, the percentage of valid votes obtained, and the number of winning representatives by Hluttaw. The announcement was signed and issued by Chairman of the Union Election Commission U Than Soe.
