Turkmenistan-China Intergovernmental Talks

The 9th meeting of the intergovernmental committee on cooperation between Turkmenistan and China was held in Ashgabat on November 18th. The meeting focused on the implementation of the agreements reached regarding the export of Turkmen natural gas to China.

The meeting discussed key issues in the energy and oil and gas industries, and held bilateral talks aimed at deepening cooperation between the two countries. During the talks, current steps were discussed to expand gas supplies and strengthen infrastructure to ensure stable and efficient transit of natural gas through transnational pipelines.
