Turkiye introduced Gokbey helicopte

Turkiye's first locally designed and produced multirole utility helicopter, the T625 Gokbey, was introduced during the Republic Day celebration by Turkish Aerospace Industries.

The Gokbey is a twin-engined light transport/utility helicopter developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries.The Gokbey helicopter, with a capacity for 12 passengers, can fly at a maximum speed of 306 kilometers per hour at an altitude of 20,000 feet.

This national helicopter, with a takeoff weight of 6 tons, can remain airborne for approximately 4 hours. It is designed to meet Turkiye’s need for a light utility helicopter and can be used in transport, cargo, air ambulance, and search and rescue missions.
