Trump warns Oman over Strait of Hormuz

US President Donald Trump warned Oman against interfering with the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, said Washington has “total control” of the waterway. He also said Iran would not be allowed to have a nuclear weapon and rules out extending the memorandum of understanding with Tehran.

During the press conference, Trump also said North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has responded to his request for talks, describing the discussions as “very positive.” He also criticized South Korea for refusing to assist the US in its military operation against Iran.
