Trump promises 25% tariff on products from Mexico, Canada

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump vowed on Monday to impose a 25 percent tariff on all imports from Mexico and Canada as one of his first actions upon becoming US president in January. Trump said the tariffs would remain in place until the two countries clamp down on drugs, particularly fentanyl, and migrants crossing the border illegally.
