Transportation Sector: IPC girders installation at Dala Bridge

The Incrementally Prestressed Concrete (IPC) girders are being produced and installed systematically at casting yard of Dala Bridge on upper Pazundaung Road in Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township of Yangon Region.

The 6,144 feet long steel cable-stayed bridge has 4 lanes for vehicles and can hold up to 75 tonnes. The traffic congestion in Yangon will be slashed when the construction of the bridge is completed and it will also bring the prosperity to nearby townships including Dala by facilitating the transportation and the flow of commodities.
