Trademark Copyright Registration: Work Process for Nomination of Representatives

A presentation on the work process for nomination of representatives for trademark copyright registration was held on Friday afternoon.

In the event at the Ministry of Commerce in Nay Pyi Taw, Union Minister Dr Pwint San highlighted the Ministry’s focus on the new copyright department and urged the department to have necessaries and get and develop human resources.

Also, Deputy Minister stressed the reformation of the copyright central committee, the need to report to the central committee and the process for implementation of 4 copyright laws.

Director-General of the copyright department Dr Moe Moe Thwe made a presentation on trademark copyright registration processes which includes Soft Opening, application through the electronic system, number of applicants, pending status and plans. The Union Minister coordinated the presentation.
