





A coordination meeting for the smooth and successful conduct of the 2026 matriculation exam was held at the Tanintharyi Region Government Office in Dawei on Friday.
Chief Minister U Myat Ko emphasized the importance of the exam, which is crucial for students’ futures. He stressed the need for systematic planning to ensure a peaceful environment for students during the exam. He highlighted that the education department must organize question distribution and ensure students' security and health during the exam period.
The Chief Minister assured that the regional government will provide necessary support to ensure the exam is conducted securely and smoothly. He also addressed the need for clean and well-organized schools for the exam. The Social Affairs Minister provided updates on the committee's progress and upcoming tasks, with further discussions on collaborative efforts between departments.
