State of Emergency : Extension the State of Emergency for Another 90 Days

The National Defence and Security Council has issued Order No. 3/2025, extending the state of emergency in designated regions and states for another 90 days, effective from October 31. The previous emergency order, Order No. 1/2025, was first declared on July 31, 2025, under which certain townships across regions and states were placed under emergency rule. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Acting President.
