Staff Gathering: To mark Diamond Jubilee Independence Day & Pre-Xmas

The Ministry of Ethnic Affairs celebrated a staff gathering ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day and Christmas Festival.

Union Minister U Saw Tun Aung Myint attended the ceremony on Sunday, and said that the ceremony was organized to honour and encourage the staff who involve in the Diamond Jubilee celebration since it is honourable to participate in this grand occasion.

He urged all to uphold the Three Main National Causes and participate in an effort for peace and development of the nation. He also wished for peacefulness in the time of Christmas, and presented Christmas gifts to the staff. The Union Minister later had the luncheon together with the staff, while enjoying the performance of Christmas songs, national races songs and dances.
