Sports Sector: Supports for success of the athletes

On the 1st of November, Myanmar Olympic Committee Chairman, Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs and Hotels and Tourism, Jeng Phang Naw Taung and officials visited Shooting Range in Dagon MyoThit (North) where they encouraged the athletes who are practicing in training camp.

Chairman of the Myanmar Shooting Sport Federation presented the necessaries, and the Union Minister said the Ministry will fulfill the requirements including management and assistance and urged to  strive for achieving success in competitions.

Then, the Union Minister and party proceeded to Myanmar Archery Federation in Kyaikkasan sport ground where they met with managers/ trainers and athletes.  During the meeting, the Union Minister said efforts are needed to keep right technique and concentration. He urged athletes to follow the guidance of instructors and called for striving to achieve success.

On the 2nd November, Union Minister and party held a meeting with ISPE Women football team, representing Sport and Physical Education Institute, and instructed the matters regarding the upcoming football competitions, sportsmenship, strategics and techniques. Later, the Union Minister fulfilled the requirements presented by managers/trainers and athletes.
