Sports Sector: 108 athletes from MOTC to take part in SAC Chairman’s Cup

In commemoration of the 75th anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, the State Administration Council Chairman’s Cup Inter-Ministries Sports Competition is going to organized in Nay Pyi Taw.

The Ministry of Transport and Communications will take part in the competition with 108 athletes in 7 sports events of Football, Volleyball, Futsal, Sepak Takraw, Tug of War, Race and Htoke Si Toe.

On Saturday, member of the State Administration Council Union Minister Admiral Tin Aung San met with the athletes who will represent the ministry in the competition.

The Union Minister urged all the athletes to follow the rules and regulations of the sports events and to take part in the competition with sport spirit and perseverance. He also provided cash assistance for nutritious foods and administrative matters.
