Special Refresher Course: Special Refresher Course No. 80 opened

The opening ceremony for Basic Education Special Refresher Course No. 80 was held in the Yadanar Hall on August 11.

The ceremony was attended by Union Civil Service Board member U San Myint and other officials, representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Rector and Pro-Rectors of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar), invited guests, officials from the Acaemy's teaching and administration departments, and the trainees.

During the ceremony, Union Civil Service Board member U San Myint gave an opening speech.

A total of 483 trainees from the Ministry of Education will attend the five-week course.

Following the ceremony, the UCSB member, accompanied by university officials from the Academy, inspected several areas. He observed the graduation parade practices for the Junior Officer Training Course No. 103 and the Clerical Staff Training Course No. 113. He also inspected the Academy's broiler chicken farm, which provides food for the trainees, as well as the Academy's seasonal crop plantations and the plots maintained by the trainees themselves at their dormitories.

In the evening, the UCSB member visited the Sabal Hall, where the female trainees of the Junior Officer Training Course No. 103 are staying, and had dinner with them.
