Special postage stamp: New postage stamp depicting a royal white elephant to issue

The Myanmar Post under the Ministry of Transport and Communications will issue a new postage stamp (worth K200 each) at 9:30 am on 4th January 2023, depicting a royal white elephant “Ratha Nandaka.

The new postage stamp will be sold at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw, the General Post offices in Yangon and Mandalay and other post offices in each region and state.  

As a special program, the postage stamp purchased at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw and General Post offices in Yangon and Mandalay on 4th January 2023, the date will be sealed on the bought postage stamps, it’s learnt.
