Special Appeal Court: Special civil appeal cases & criminal cases

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union included U Myo Tint, Daw Khin May Yi, U Thein Ko Ko, Daw Thin Thin Nwet convened Monday morning at the room No. 1 of the Supreme Court of the Union and passed the judgments on a total of eight special civil appeal cases.

In addition, a total of three special criminal appeal cases were heard keeping in line with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines.
