Spanish rescuers search for flood victims as authorities announce 89 still missing

At least 89 people remain missing after deadly floods in eastern Spain, the regional judicial authorities in Valencia said on Tuesday, and Prime Minister Sanchez said he was earmarking 10.6 billion euros to help victims. Members of Spain's Military Emergency Unit are still searching that missing 89 people around the Turia River and Bonaire car park in Valencia.

The flooding, Spain's worst in a generation, claimed 219 lives.
