Spain’s King and Queen return to flood-hit region

Spain’s King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia Tuesday began a highly anticipated trip to the epi-centre of Spain's deadliest floods in decades after a chaotic trip. Upon the arrival of the royal couple, crowds in the devastated town of Chiva in the eastern Valencia region applauded and shouted "long live the king!", three weeks after the October 29 disaster that has claimed 227 lives.
