South Korean troops conducted massive, large-scale live-fire military exercises near the heavily fortified Demilitarized Zone bordering North Korea.

The drills took place at the Seungjin Firing Range in Pocheon, located roughly 30 kilometers south of the border. The exercises were designed to test modern, high-tech combat readiness and joint operations under high-tension scenarios on the Korean Peninsula.

The drills brought together hundreds of military assets and personnel, spanning both the South Korean Army and Marine Corps. A major focus of the exercise was the integration of advanced unmanned combat systems. Troops practiced deploying multi-purpose tactical drones equipped with mock explosives alongside traditional forces.

The live-fire maneuvers featured an intense display of conventional firepower, including main battle tanks, armored fighting vehicles, artillery units, and attack helicopters.
