



An art exhibition, displaying the Myanma traditional artworks, are showcasing at the Artist Gallery Cafe’ in Yangon.
This is the solo art show of Artist Shwe Yoe Yar, a total of 59 artworks are on display at the gallery.
The paintings depict the culture of Myanmar people and beautiful natural landscapes including the rural sceneries.
Shwe Yoe Yar, Artist said "I make this exhibition to display my artworks and share my experiences. As I’m fond of Myanmar tradition and culture, I create artworks which portrays Myanmar culture and beautiful sceneries of rural places. I love to create the artworks which can make the audiences feel happy and delighted."
Displaying the artworks at the gallery can inspire the artists to be more creative as they can exchange their experiences and views with each other.
Artists tried to survive their creations during the global pandemic, and organized an online art show for the delights of the audience.
Ko Mauk Gyi, Artist said "Although we, the artists, have to struggle due to pandemic and current situations, we always try to create the artworks as much as we can. As an artist, I admire all of the artworks of every artist."
K Mar Shin, Owner, Artist Gallery Cafe’ said "Enjoying the artworks in person at the gallery is different from enjoying them through online gallery as it’s impossible to capture every detail of an artwork with a camera. I open this gallery with reasonable fee to support the artists. When an artist rent my gallery to make an exhibition, I provide the required services in making preparations for exhibition."
The exhibition will be held for 5 days from 18th to 22nd June, and any enthusiasts are invited to support the Myanma traditional artworks.
