Socio-Economic Development: Agriculture work, NRC issuance and MSME

Bago Region Government is making efforts for development of Bago Region (West), ensuring the socio-economic progress of local farmers.

On May 1, Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win visited Fertilizer Plant in Oat Pho and oversaw the process of producing High Quality Bokashi Fertilizer. At Shwe Wah Myaing Technological Dissemination Center in Min Hla, the Chief Minister viewed the seedling of 50,000 Robusta Coffee which will be distributed in coming monsoon cultivation season.

The Chief Minister later proceeded to Kyunkalay Village-Tract Basic Education Middle School where the National Registration Card has been issued under 100-day plan.

In Thayawady Township, the Chief Minister viewed the thriving paddy plantation in Kyawe That Village-Tract and a local business in Kyaung Su Ward. During the inspection, the Chief Minister urged for widely use of natural fertilizer, and development of MSME industry.
