A 3.8-magnitude earthquake hit about 13 miles southwest of Mohnyin Township on Wednesday, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.

The slight earthquake in Kachin State with a depth of 10 kilometers occurred at about 3:51 am Myanmar Standard Time.
