SKorea president at site of deadly Halloween crush

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol arrived on Sunday morning at the scene of a crush during Seoul's Halloween celebrations which have seen at least 146 people killed and 150 injured.
Officials say people were crushed to death after a large crowd began pushing forward in a narrow alley near Hamilton Hotel, a major party spot in Seoul.
More than 800 emergency workers and police officers from around the nation, including all available personnel in Seoul, were deployed to the streets to treat the injured. The president was briefed by emergency workers on the incident as he walked alongside and inspected the road where the incident took place.
