SKorea, IAEA discuss Fukushima water NKorea

South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin met with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi in Seoul on Thursday to discuss North Korean nukes and the disposal of radioactive wastewater from Japan's damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant.

Jin said the Korean government firmly believes that the water should be disposed in accordance with relevant international standards, including safety requirements of the IAEA, and in a scientifically and objectively safe manner. He added that South Korea wants to continue working with the IAEA on the denuclearization of North Korea.
