





Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander in Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families of Myitkyina Station on Tuesday.
In his speech, the Prime Minister said Tatmadaw has been safeguarding the three main national causes, hand in hand with the people in successive eras. Tatmadaw will remain as a Guardian of the state in any governments and any era.
Only when the Tatmadaw is equipped with the highly capabilities of defence power, it can remain as a Gurdian of the state. The Prime Minister added that efforts are being made for national reconciliation by setting two goals of achieving the genuine and disciplined multi-party democracy system and building a union based on democracy and federal system.
He also stressed the needs to make constant learning for possessing high qualifications which could guarantee for the democracy system and future of the country.
The Prime Minister and wife later presented foodstuff for the Tatmadawmen and families and cash assistance for the mother and child welfare association. At the meeting hall of the northern command, the Commander reported on the security, rules of law and stability in the region and the Prime Minister gave instructions for regional stability.
