At least seven people were killed after a small single-engine plane crashed in the Minas Gerais state of Brazil on Sunday, said by the authorities.

The plane was flying from Campinas, and broke up mid-air and crashed at around 10:30am in the mining town, according to the firefighters. The coffins of some of the 14 people who died in a plane crash near a remote town in the Brazilian Amazon have been evacuated at the Manaus Air Base to be identified while an investigation begins.
