







The 25th Silver Jubilee Research Conference and Science Fair 2026, organized by the Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science, held its awards ceremony on February 7, at the University of Yangon’s Research and Innovation Centre.
Deputy Minister for Education Dr Zaw Myint, along with senior academics, university leaders, local and international researchers, and invited guests, attended the event. Awards were presented for Academy Awards, Best Research Papers, and Science Fair competitions, including best logo, poster, and exhibition.
Certificates of recognition were also awarded to the international resource persons. The conference and science fair ran from February 5 to 7, featuring 312 local research papers and 15 international papers across 33 academic disciplines, covering social, economic, and environmental fields. Selected award-winning papers will be published in a research journal.
