Science and Technology : Visiting the YTU and UCSY in Yangon

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw visited Yangon Technological University and the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, on Saturday.

Accompanied by officials, he met with rectors, pro-rectors and professors and inspected the campuses. He reviewed measures to develop competent human resources for socio-economic development, including international-standard teaching aids, research activities and digital transformation to improve teaching and learning.

He also reviewed efforts to create a conducive learning environment while implementing long-term master plans for sustainable development. The Union Minister also instructed to enhance the universities’ institutional image and maintain clean, pleasant and beautiful campuses.
