SAC Law No. 46/2025: Sixth Amendment to Amyotha Hluttaw Election Law

The State Administration Council (SAC) enacted the Sixth Amendment to Amyotha Hluttaw Law as the SAC Law No. 46/2025 under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on the 29th of July. The law stated its amendments to some provisions of Sections 2, 4, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, 27, 28, 30, 35, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 48, 49, 52, 55, 58, 64, 65, 66, 70, 78, 81, 82, 88 and 89.
