Two astronauts from the Russian space agency Roscosmos started a spacewalk to install the European Robotic Arm produced by the German Fokker Space company on the International Space Station (ISS).

The works continue despite the sanctions against Russia's aerospace industry by western countries and the following scaling back of joint projects by Russians.

The two exited the Poisk module of the Russian segment of the ISS about 30 minutes later that initially planned. The spacewalk is expected to last for 6 hours and 38 minutes.
